This page is intended to give you more information about the features within UNO. If you would like any further information about UNO and what it could do for you, please
UNO incorporates a mapping system, allowing you to tie your housing stock’s energy data to real world locations, simply and quickly, without having to export data into a GIS system.
UNO's improvements module calculates the new SAP rating, CO2 emissions, running cost and fuel poverty status for every applicable improvement that can be made to a dwelling. It will also calculate the installation cost according to user configurable data such as the cost per square metre of installing new glazing.
Fuel poverty module
The fuel poverty module allows an assessment of the household's fuel poverty status to be made.
The new definition of fuel poverty as described in the Hill’s review will be used by the Government to help with the implementation of the revised Fuel Poverty Strategy.
The definition is more complex and uses the concept of equivalisation and we have incorporated it into the current release of UNO as well as retaining the ability to carry out the 10% definition calculation for comparison.
